BETA RR Rally Replica is a challenge with yourself.
The starting point of the transformation is the 2022 Beta RR 430 but the product can also be applied to other 4-stroke Beta RR models.

The kit is produced to order, for each individual customer, only after having decided on the setup based on the customer's specifications and needs, essentially 100% Tailor Made.

BETA RR Rally Replica Kit consists of:

1. Rally tower built in aluminum alloy with 5754 H111 parts specifically modeled to respect the shapes and design of the starting 3D model as well as 6082 H111 alloy parts machined from full CNC.

The Adventouring configuration tower allows the mounting of OEM instrumentation and the power support base for a Garmin Montana series or GPSMAP 276CX navigator, rather than an 8” IP67 Tablet (maximum dimensions allowed), or the classic racing instrumentation that complies with the ASO.

The tower is equipped with transparent KTM style plexiglass, Hella M60 Full LED lights, position light and electrical system repositioning system. The Hella M60 Full LED headlights can be protected by a resistant transparent plastic headlight guard

1. Pair of unpainted aluminum alloy front tanks, complete with CNC caps, made from the OEM KTM Rally tanks and customized for correct mounting on the bike frame; the tanks are equipped with all the assembly systems to the frame, consisting of parts made of 6082 H111 T6 alloy instead of high strength steel.
2. Pair of rear tanks in aluminum alloy, unpainted, complete with CNC caps, made starting from our 3D model; The tanks are equipped with all the assembly systems to the frame, made of iron parts instead of high-strength steel.
3. Complete rally style exhaust system

1. Carbon Fiber Rally Bash Plate, complete with mounting system, ready to repair the lower part of the bike and the front tank kit
2. Mounting system of the hardware kit on the bike, i.e. the classic racing instrumentation that respects the ASO specifications
