The 450 Rally Replica Basic Kit consists of:
Rally Tower
Made of aluminum alloy, with 5754 H111 alloy parts specially molded to match the shapes and designs of the 3D model and high strength alloy parts, whether they are 6082 T6 H111 or 7075 T6 H111 alloy.
The tower in the Adventouring configuration allows for the mounting of OEM instrumentation and the power support base for a Garmin Montana series navigator or GPSMAP 276CX, or an 8” IP67 Tablet (maximum dimensions allowed).
The tower is equipped with transparent HUSQVARNA style plexiglass, Hella M60 full led lights, position light and electrical system repositioning system.
The Hella M60 Full Led headlights can be protected by a resistant headlight guard made of transparent plastic material.

Customized hull sides

Using original enduro plastics, our technical office prepares the right shape of these to be mounted on the front aluminum tanks.

Made from high strength aluminum alloy, unpainted, complete with CNC caps, starting from the New OEM Rally tanks and customized for the correct mounting on the bike frame; the tanks are equipped with all the frame assembly systems, made of parts made from 7075 H111 T6 alloy instead of high strength steel.

ToolBox for your little things

Compliance with the new ASO regulations allows for greater ground clearance of the bike because it is no longer necessary to have the water tank inside the engine guard. For this reason we have chosen to create a space in a protected and easily accessible position, between the front tanks, that can allow you to store a small tool bag or anything else you need.
